c'est super chouette.

j'adore ces deux complications, finalement à peine moins inutiles qu'une montre descendant à 2000M ou qu'un chrono...

mais qui au moins sont sympa visuellement.

pour la seconde morte (même si je crois savoir que c'est une complication ancienne), c'est quand même du masochisme de faire une complication singeant la marche des quartz...

C'est un développement sur la base de leur seconde morte ? Je trouve ça excellent, mais la foudroyante est-elle débrayable ou permanente ? (dans le second cas, ça peut "fatiguer" un peu, non ?

Richard et Marina Habring sont vraiment non seulement très doués, mais très sympa aussi, et en plus, ils répondent immédiatement aux mails !

Je leur ai écrit juste après avoir posté ici.

Thank you very much for your kind email!

The Foudrouyante indeed has been a great project and we're happy that we solved the occuring technical problems during the entire development. Basicly the Foudrouyante itself is nothing new as you know - new is to combine it with the seconde morte. Our development reflects the traditional technical solution while there is another movement on the market used by f.i. Panerai, GP, Corum and Graham wich combines the Foudrouyante with the chronograph.

While we have made the video with the movement only the entire watc is on test and some collectors have even seen it in person meanwhile.

Of course it is planned to make it a regular model - in the moment we have it in test stage, to check out the influence on the pretty quick turning axle (and of course to find out consumers reaction).

Nevertheless we're pretty confident with it allready and expect to close the test stage in a few months time (early 2010) and your email regarding it shows that there are connouisseurs who like such a combination
We have not calculated it yet - but we guess the price be around €4.5K in this automatic version. A handwound version is not planned - as well not decided wether it will come automaticly with a watch winder or not.
We have not decided yet which dial versions will be offered with the foudrouyante - ideas are welcome.
